1. Scope of Services

1.1. These Terms and Conditions are intended for all services we provide directly or indirectly (eg through third parties) made through the internet, mobile devices, e-mail or telephone.

1.2. By using our site, you know that you have read, understood and measured, as well as the privacy and use of cookies.

2. Service and Contract

2.1. On the AdPoint site, you can compare services offered by third parties through the AdPoint system.

2.2. AdPoint is not a comparable service provider. The AdPoint service only covers the possibility of comparing services offered by third parties. In particular, no contracts or transactions are made on the AdPoint site. This is based on article 651 in the Indonesian Civil Code.

2.3. This Agreement does not affect any other agreements between the parties and the users.

3. AdPoint Community and Member Area

3.1. Users have the option to join AdPoint Community (later called "Community") and / or create member accounts in the AdPoint Member Area. Users enrolled in the Community can publish personally generated content, and actively participate in platform development through administrative functions. Users not registered to the Community can read the content in AdPoint for free.

3.2. By using the AdPoint Member Area, users have the option to manage and save their searches. In the account creation process, users are asked to provide personal information. In addition to username, there will be no personal information that will be displayed to the public. For more information please check our privacy policy. By deleting the account, all user data will be permanently deleted.

3.3. A user can not register multiple times. Users are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of their personal information.

3.4. Users are responsible for the confidentiality of information rather than their accounts, especially passwords. They are also responsible for the use of their account in relation to AdPoint and third parties. Users are not allowed to disclose this data for third party use.

3.5. In the event of unauthorized use of the AdPoint service using the wrong username and password, registered users must notify AdPoint immediately.

4. Privacy, E-mail Ads

4.2. AdPoint collects, processes and uses your personal data (hereinafter "data") only if we have obtained consent from you or under applicable law provisions for the collection, processing or use of your data.

4.3. AdPoint collects, processes or uses such data to support the performance of the services offered by AdPoint and / or the use and operation of the site / application.

4.4. If the user has agreed to receive information about AdPoint at the time of Community registration or when using the AdPoint service at other times, the user will receive product information periodically. 5. User Obligations

5.1. Users are responsible for the ownership of the rights to the content (text, photos, reviews, links, etc.) they upload into the AdPoint site. They ensure that they have all rights with respect to the content they publish or publish on the AdPoint site and thus do not infringe on the rights of third parties.

5.2. The User guarantees not to use the services of AdPoint to make a charge that:

• contain advertising or promotional elements in the review,
• has no specific content for the articles reviewed,
• is not objective or intentionally misrepresents information,
• contains elements of immorality, pornography or racial intolerance,
• infringe on the rights of third parties, in particular copyright,
• violate any applicable law in any way or commit a crime,
• distribute viruses or other computer programs that may damage software or hardware or may interfere with the use of computers,
• create research surveys or chain letters,
• aims to collect or use personal data from other users, especially for commercial purposes.

5.3. The user guarantees not to use any other program or functionality to gain automatic pageviews or content on the AdPoint site.

5.4. If there is a breach in these terms and conditions, AdPoint reserves the right to remove the payload without giving a reason, delaying the payment received in the AdPoint Community and permanently prohibiting members from AdPoint. The right to prosecution of criminal offenses remains unaffected.

6. Termination

6.1. AdPoint reserves the right to terminate user access or remove their registration within a period of one week after receiving relevant information by e-mail about misuse of the site. Users may also terminate their own registration access within the same time frame.
The right to termination with a good cause remains unaffected.

7. Obligations

7.1. AdPoint is not responsible for the accuracy, quality, completeness, reliability or credibility of payments provided by users and / or booking sites. In particular, there is no suggestion or information from AdPoint regarding accommodation selection.

7.2. All agreements made through this service are between AdPoint users and the booking site. AdPoint does not specifically act as a regulator or travel agent. The terms and conditions of the carrier or travel agent apply exclusively, particularly with regard to the right to cancel or withdraw payment. Contacts for the ordering and payment process, as well as questions about the contract that has been made are the relevant booking sites. AdPoint remains uninvolved in contractual arrangements, agreements and claims between the user and the booking site.

7.3. AdPoint does not verify the accuracy of cargo uploaded by the ordering site or Community members. This charge is provided by the booking site / Community for the purpose of publication on our site with reference to the respective hotel. AdPoint has no effect on this information (on certain images, comments, reviews and more). User-based payload publications and reports in AdPoint do not reflect AdPoint's opinions, in particular, AdPoint does not claim such content as his own.

7.4. In particular, hyperlinks, advertising banners, information about accommodation, travel destinations or service providers or the like are provided by the booking site and Community members and do not represent or reflect recommendations from AdPoint. Technically, there are no updates or price updates we receive from booking sites that are made in real time. Therefore it is possible that the price that appears on the booking site does not match the price shown on the AdPoint site. AdPoint can not guarantee the accuracy of information, especially regarding pricing and availability.

7.5. AdPoint is not responsible for any technical malfunctions or defects where the cause is not within the scope of AdPoint liability or damage or disruption beyond human capabilities such as natural disasters and so forth. AdPoint does not guarantee data availability and can perform technical maintenance for a freely chosen time period.

8. Changes in Terms and Conditions

When using AdPoint, these terms and conditions apply. Registered users will receive notifications about changes by e-mail. Users can upload and print these terms and conditions on their computer systems.

9. Applicable Law and Place of Judicial or Jurisdiction

The law of the Republic of Indonesia applies. For agencies, entrepreneurs and individuals who do not have general jurisdiction in Indonesia, the city of Jakarta acts as a place of jurisdiction. Otherwise, legal jurisdiction applies.
